The following are the packages for nutrition consulting and health and wellness coaching. I offer a no-cost initial 20-minute consultation to discuss what your aspirations for your health are or what health goals you would like to work on to make sure we are a good fit for each other. 3 month Package
Health reset Program
Includes the following general plan but all plans are personalized to the individual:
1 - 60 minute Comprehensive Evaluation and Goal Setting
Review of health history, nutrition assessments, wellness wheel, etc.
First steps discussion and planning, lab testing discussion.
6 - 60 minute bi-weekly calls
Month 1:
Foundational nutrition and lifestyle protocols co-created to include goals and habit changes that client wants to focus on. These could include diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, etc.
Discussion of Wellness Wheel to further determine areas of focus.
Review of labs that are recommended. See various lab tests that could be recommended here.
Month 2:
Review of initial lab results together so that you fully understand what they mean to your health.
Protocols updated to include supplement, nutrition and herbal recommendations.
Continued work on foundational and nutrition goals and habit changes to support improved health and wellness that were started in month 1.
Month 3:
Review of progress for goals and habit changes and new ones added if you are ready.
Protocols updated if needed.
Review of wellness wheel to determine progress in focus areas.
Determine on-going support if needed past the 3 month partnership.

Retest of labs if needed to see progress of lab markers and other areas that can be worked on.
Continued accountability of protocols, goals, habit changes.
Month 6:
Review of retest results and discuss areas for further improvement
Update protocol as needed based on new lab testing and progress made on existing goals and habit changes.
Determine on-going support if needed past the 6 month partnership.
